Customer Support Specialist (SL)

This revolutionary mobile store app allows restaurants to be visible to customers at all times, stand out from the competition and cultivate customer loyalty. Not only can the solution be a stand-alone app, but also an all-in-one hardware/software point-of-sale kiosk that allows business to process more orders in less time and integrates with all of the top payment integration partners.
The Opportunity
At Applova we are looking for Customer Support Specialist to join our team to drive customers onboarding, troubleshoot, answer customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
▸ Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
▸ Help customer to have a smooth onboarding experience to Applova
▸ Carefully set up the menu’s of customers in the system.
▸ Respond in a timely manner to customer support requests via Email and calls
► Coordinate with the team to provide the support needed by customers
Desired Skills and Experience
▸ Excellent English communication skills
▸ Good analytical skills
▸ Efficient Data Entry skills
► Sufficient business acumen and exceptional customer service approach
▸ Capability to understand technology and help troubleshoot issues
A minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Support
