Customer Support Officer
Job Requirements-
G.C.E. O/L or any other equivalent qualifications
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Sinhala & English)
Basic computer literacy, including the MS office package
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Responsibilities –
Provide timely & effective support to customers via phone/email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
Prepare detailed and accurate estimations for customers based on their specific needs and requirements
Prepare reports as per the superior/s requirements
