Customer Service Specialist – Trainer

Job Responsibilities
Assess Behavioral Training Needs for the process and devise soft skill training process.
Deliver behavioral trainings as per the defined training calendar.
Responsible for conducting Assessment and Development Centers across the process assigned with to understand the areas for new or refresher training.
Arranging refresher training every month covering all the employees in the process.
Map the impact of the training programs and report to Lead Trainer.
Doing Transaction Monitoring for the process aligned to as per defined sample size.
Sample Size calculation.
Participation in all the Calibration Sessions internal as well as external.
Identify the training needs of the associates and plan the deliverables.
Drive improvement and give feedback to the associates.
Job Requirements
Ordinary Level with Diploma/ Advanced Level/HND or Undergraduate..
5-7 years’ exposure in customer service (Local/International) in quality side (QA).
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet SLA.
Able to comprehend the request of the customer and meet the quality standard.
Having strong communication skills is a must.
Flexible to work based on rotational shift basis.
