Assist with Loyalty Enrollments and queries.

Promote Loyalty memberships and achieve given enrollment targets daily, monthly & annually.

Loyalty data entry, Loyalty reward redemption handling, gift distribution and maintenance of gift register.

Maintain customer service register, Carry-out customer satisfaction surveys and Compile reports.

The newly opened Havelock City Mall developed by HCL is situated at the doorstep of Havelock City. Spanning over 200.000 sqft., Havelock Mall is Colombo’s premier lifestyle mall offering unparalleled range of shopping, entertainment, and dining options.

Assist in promoting mall events and promotions.

Routine mall rounds on inspections on cleaning and checking of store opening/closures.

Monitor and report any security concerns or suspicious activities to mall security.

The Job…

Assist in any other assignments or projects as and when required by the Head of Department.

Greet and assist customers with regard to Mall queries.

Provide assistance and information on stores, services, and facilities within the mall.

Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Resolve and direct customer complaints to relevant Management.

Resolve and direct all customer queries via phone and e mail to relevant divisions and follow up and liaise with customers.

The Person…

Prior experience in Customer Service.

• Good communication and public relation skills.

IT Knowledge.

• Experience in loyalty program initiatives would be an advantage.

Diploma or Part qualification in Marketing would be an advantage.

Kind and friendly personality.

Age between 22 to 35.
