Requirements and Skills
We are an established company in Ship Agency, Total Logistics, Freight Forwarding and
Tourism providing services to Local / International clients and have an immediate vacancy for
the above mentioned position. The company is in operation since 1998, and is a member of alI
key industry-related associations, meeting all International compliances and standards.
We are also ISO 9001:2015 Certified.

  • GCE, Advance Level qualification
  • A qualification in Freight Forwarding/Logistics will be a distinct advantage
  • Full or part qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) is desirable, but not essential
  • Be effective and results oriented
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
  • Have a very good knowledge of English, both verbal and written
  • Sound understanding of Freight Forwarding business and process
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Excellent PR & negotiation skills
  • Should provide excellent customer service
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
  • Be of a pleasant disposition and a team player
