Requirements & skills

Fluency in English and Sinhala (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES

(EXPERIENCED MORE THAN 1 YEAR)

Proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage

Having prior experience of at least one year in customer service, audit, financial institutions, or a related industry would be an asset

Additional Note

Ability to handle cash, decent numeracy, and computer literacy.

Team player with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
