SimplyTek is a leading consumer electronics showroom based in Colombo 03. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-friendly individual to fill the role of Customer Service Assistant.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT.

We are looking for a customer focused individual to support or sales team. This role involves assisting customers, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Passed GCE O/L Examination
• School leavers /1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS office is an added advantage
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Tamil and Sinhala are an added advantage to interact clearly with customers.
• Age below 30 years

JOB PROFILE

Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the showroom.

Professional attitude and appearance

Responding to all customer inquiries, provide accurate information in a polite and timely manner.

Monitor and track orders from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely updates to the customers.

Work closely with the internal team.

Facilitate smooth communication between the customers and sales team.
