CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

As a Customer Service Agent at Celeste Daily, you’ll be an integral part of our customer-focused team, ensuring a top-notch experience for users of our online supermarket platform. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the online supermarket platforms or retail industry, you’ll play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our product offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Interaction –

Professionally and promptly respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat

Product Knowledge –

Utilize your experience in the online supermarket/retail industry to provide in-depth knowledge about our product catalog, promotions, and delivery services.

Issue Resolution –

Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and product-related issues.

Order Tracking –

Assist customers in tracking their orders, providing real-time updates on delivery status.

Feedback Collection –

Collect valuable feedback from customers to enhance our services and contribute to continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience –

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the online supermarket platforms or retail industry.

Communication Skills –

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala / Tamil

Customer-Centric Approach –

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Problem-Solving Skills –

Ability to analyze issues and provide effective salutions.

Computer Literacy –

Proficient in using customer service software and office applications.
