CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & OFFICE ASSISTANT
Key Skills
- Fluency in Sinhala and English. (Tamil proficiency is advantageous)
Basic computer literacy in Word and Excel.
Own a Laptop/Desktop and have a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work from home, with frequent visits to our warehouse at Kottawa and Showroom at Boralesgamuwa
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient customer support through phone and social channels including WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram
- Oversee the backend of our website to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist on order management
- Conduct monthly stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
