Customer Care Officer
Customer Care Officer is responsible for directs patients, guests, relatives and vendors to the appropriate departments or staff. Schedule appointments, Assist patients by answering patient inquiries, transferring calls and providing necessary information.
Requirement:-
should be passed GCE O/L
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in healthcare industry, would be an added advantage
Willing to work in shift basis
Female Candidates only
Age below 30
