We are Hiring Customer Care – Nawala

We are looking for a full-time call center representative to join our dynamic team. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer issues by providing timely and accurate information.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Document customer interactions in our database.

Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English, Sinhala and Tamil.

Age below 25 years.

Experience in customer service is a plus

Should be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays on Roster Basis
