Key Requirements

  • Individuals with a Diploma/Certificate in Customer Care/CRM or equivalent relevant professional qualifications.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Active listening abilities and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with MS Office packages.
  • Fair understanding of IT products and technologies.
  • Dynamic individual with good negotiation skills and a ‘Can-Do’ attitude.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable company.
