You will be a great addition if you,

Have passed your G.C.E. Ordinary Levels

Have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the dynamic world of consumer durables.

Sales and customer care aren’t just jobs to you – they’re passions that drive you to excel.

Your communication skills are as smooth as silk, and skilled at navigating the digital realm.

Flexibility and ready to dive into a roster with enthusiasm.

You shine with your vibrant extra-curricular activities and zest for life.

And of course, between 18 and 25 years young-ready to take on the world with energy and enthusiasm!

Job Profile

As a Customer Care Assistant/Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission and will:

• Create lasting connections with our valued customers and exceed sales targets with your charm and expertise.

Craft unforgettable experiences that keep our customers coming back for more, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.

• Partner with our store manager to uphold impeccable standards of administration and organization.

Guide customers through our wide selection to find the perfect products for their needs, turning shopping into an adventure.

We are looking for energetic go-getters who match the above profile for our Singer Mega Showrooms at Boralesgamuwa, Kiribathgoda, Negombo, Thurstan Road, Rajagiriya, Thalawathugoda, Peliyagoda, Ratmalana, One Galle face Mall and Havelock City Mall.
