CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT
THE JOB
- Provide customer support.
- ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.
- Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information.
THE PERSON
- Prior experience in a similar role is must.
Proficiency in English (Oral and Written) and Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong communication and people skills.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
