Customer Care & Admin Executive – Male/Female
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 Year Experience in Customer Care & General Office Work Sound communication skills essentially in Sinhala Ability to handle Customers.
⚫ Interpersonal skills to work as a team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages / Email. Following will be added advantages.
。 Skills in Digital Marketing & Social-Media. • Skills in Inventory control
- Proficiency in English / Tamil.
- Valid driving license
KEY RESPONISIBILITIES

Handling Jobs Cards for Services, Invoicing, Billing.
Follow up on the Credit Customer outstanding payments. - Handling Customer Calls.
Assisting in Inventory control.
General Office work
