Cost Accounts Executive

Handling Project costing for imported products. Marginal costing and operational costing for projects. Estimates and commercial invoicing for projects. Checking and preparing contractor payments according to BOQ. Material estimates and requisitions for project requirement.

Age below 30.

Fluent in English and Computer Skills.

Marketing Executives

Good educational and academic background with professional experience in marketing. Results oriented and a team player with flair to inspire others. Fluent in English and Sinhala, Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an advantage.

Experience in sales & marketing of constructions, architectural and interior design products and services will be an added.

Administration Assistant

Handling recruitment of Labour & Contractors for project requirement, project auditing and verification. Handling legal matters with HR & Legal Division. Fluency in English & Sinhala, Computer literate.

Age below 40

Auto Cad Draftsmen

Ability to do site visits, take measurements and preparing of shop drawings.

Participate in Architects and designers meetings.

G.C.E. A/L and sufficient technical qualifications

required for Auto Cad draftsman

Age below 35 years
