ROLE PROFILE

Manages customer inquiries via phone, email and chat and promoting chocolates and chocolate-based confectionary to wedding, corporate and online clients, achieving monthly. sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and payment settlements.

Supports the marketing team with promotional activities and events across above sales channels.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Passed G.C.E Advanced Level.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.

Proficient in basic computer literacy and capable of using MS Office tools for reporting.

Ability to multitask efficiently and perform well under pressure.

A dedicated and results-driven professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales and marketing.

Experience in event management/coordination will be an added advantage.
