Computer System & Network Engineer (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities

1. Deploy and configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
2. Ensure stable network operation through performance monitoring.
3. Diagnose and fix complex network problems swiftly.
4. Implement VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection strategies.
5. Maintain updated system documentation and create incident reports.
6. Configure and manage NAS servers, RAID setups, and backups.
7. Manage storage security policies and implement access control protocols.
8. Ensure regular backups, create disaster recovery plans, and manage data restoration.
9. Apply updates, patches, and new software releases as needed.
10. Manage file sharing protocols (SMB, NFS) and secure remote access.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. BSc (Hons) in Information Technology Specializing in Computer Systems & Network Engineering.
2. CCNA or CCNP Certifications (Mandatory).
3. Good understanding about the Network Architect and network designing principals.
4. In-depth experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs).
5. Hands-on expertise in Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
6. Advanced knowledge of NAS systems, storage configurations, and RAID management.
7. Understanding of Active Directory integration with NAS solutions.
8. Experience with network security best practices and disaster recovery planning.
9. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
