CASHIER
(Fixed Term Contract)
• Ensure that all deposits, withdrawals and other activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Verify signatures to ensure consistency with the account holder’s records in the system.
• To perform duties of a Cashier with strict adherence to operations guidelines and maintain a high level of accuracy to minimize errors
Uphold strict compliance with local controls, regulations and guidelines pertaining to Anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines to prevent frauds, forgeries and losses.
• Deliver high quality customer service in line with established standards and promptly report service related issues to relevant personnel responsible for resolving the issue using the designated communication channels.
• Promote and facilitate customer engagement with self-service machines, digital channels and e-products, actively contributing to the achievement of the Bank’s objectives.
Being continuously updated on the products and services offered by the bank.

Applicant’s Profile
Age should be below 35 years
Successful completion of G.C.E (O/L), Edexcel or Cambridge O/L with a “Credit pass” in both Mathematics and English
Full or Part qualification in IABF – IBSL or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Minimum of six (06) months prior experience
as a cashier at a Bank or Licensed Finance Company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
