ROLE PROFILE
Achieve the agreed Sales targets by category, volume and value.
Responsible for developing new customers and to grow the business to its fullest potential
Ensure and maintain optimal customer service levels
Manage the logistics in collaboration with the logistics team to ensure on time delivery
Plan and achieve the Debtors collections on time in full
Ensure achievement of sales productivity based on the Sales and distribution plan.
Ensure the availability of the company products in every establishment in the territory.
Monitor the competitor and category trends within the territory and report to the management.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Minimum 2-3 years of previous Sales experience in the fields of Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and Supermarkets
An outgoing personality and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Highly motivated and target oriented with a proven track record in Sales
Sound communications skills in both Sinhala and English
Ability to work under pressure and adhering to standards and deadlines.
