IT ASSISTANT

Required Qualifications
Age below 27 years
• Passed GCE O/L & A/LS
A Diploma in Information Technology
Minimum 01 year of experience
• Good knowledge of computers – Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), Windows
OS, networking, and hardware knowledge for troubleshooting
Experience in IT asset management
• Knowledge of CCTV system & cabling
• Having a proactive mindset, communication and interpersonal skills
Effective communication & problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work long hours when required
Living proximity to Horana & Ingiriya will be preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
Software & Hardware Installation & Maintenance
• Communicating with vendors & ordering supplies Provide daily technical support & troubleshooting Maintenance of IT assets
