Ajith has been a valuable asset to Central Finance since joining in 2005 as a Marketing Executive at the Gampaha branch. His outstanding performance, unwavering dedication, and loyalty led to rapid advancements within the company and he also was identified as a potential future leader which exposed him to the specific learning and development initiatives of the company. He ascended to Assistant Manager in 2011, followed by a swift promotion to Branch Manager of the Gampaha branch in 2012. He led the Gampaha branch to become a high-performing branch with a significant increase in the overall branch portfolio. Recognizing his exceptional capabilities, Ajith was further elevated to the position of regional manager for Region 4 in 2019 and his region is one of the best performing regions of the company at the moment.

Remuneration munerati

Basic salary and allowances LKR 70,000/- Fuel reimbursement – LKR 28,182/-

Total – LKR 98,182/- plus performance based incentive.

Senior Marketing Executive

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Leasing Industry with a proven track record is required.

Remuneration

Basic salary and allowances LKR 110,000/- Fuel reimbursement – LKR 44,652/-

Total LKR 154,652/- plus performance based incentive.

Assistant Marketing Manager
