Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

Process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately

Explain menu items, specials, and promotions to customers

Actively engage in upselling and suggestive selling techniques

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with the team to provide seamless service

What we offer:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the fast- food or restaurant industry (preferred)

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods

Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices

Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
