Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at the Cash Counter.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring expiration dates.
• Support with prescription processing and dispensing.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.

Prerequisite Qualifications:

• Previous experience client handling/Cashiering
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays with shift basis (12.00pm -9.00pm) and 07-day working roster with scheduled day-offs.
