Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive with Traffic Tours, Travels & Transporters (Pvt) Ltd located in Colombo, Maharagama. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for acdressing customer inquiries and resolving customer issues through various channels including phone, email, and online chat. The candidate will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting services, and generating revenue.

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Sales skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of travel and tourism industry is a plus
