BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Web Lankan is a leading, award-winning web designing/ development and digital marketing agency located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We deliver proven digital solutions for business entities in the national and international arena.
We are looking for a passionate and talented individual in the field of Digital Marketing to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding & analyzing customer requirements and pitch the customers accordingly

  Effective communication with clients & development team to meet desired targets
  Maintain fruitful relationship with clients and provide suggestions to the client requirements
  Planning & Overseeing new markets & sales initiatives
• Contribute towards continuous improvement of the company engagement with existing and potential clients
• Analyze the customer database & convert the potential target accounts to an active pool
  REQUIREMENTS
  •
  The ideal candidate must be around 30-35 years with full or part qualified in CIM/SLIM or any other similar professional qualification
• Overall 7+ years experience with proven track record of 3-4 years as a Business Development Manager in the digital marketing industry would be an added advantage
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala
• Competency in verbal communication
