BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)

arena.
We are looking for a passionate and talented individual in the field of Sales and Marketing to join our team as a Business Development Executive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding & analyzing customer requirements and pitch the customers accordingly
• Effective communication with clients & development team to meet desired targets
• Maintain fruitful relationship with clients and provide suggestions to the client requirements

  Planning & overseeing new markets & sales initiatives
  Contribute towards continuous improvement of the company engagement with existing and potential clients
• Analyze the customer database & convert the potential target accounts to an active pool
  REQUIREMENTS
• The ideal candidate must be around 25-35 years with full or partially qualified in CIM/SLIM or any other similar professional qualification
  •
  Overall 4+Years experience in the field of Sales and Marketing is compulsory
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala
• Should have strong work ethics
