Design, develop and implement branding strategies for a portfolio of Pharmaceuticals/Consumer products to build a positive growth
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth
Develop and execute branding campaigns that effectively showcase brand’s unique value proposition
Analyze and coordinate with relevant social and digital media service providers and develop appropriate media campaigns to build the brand image.
Assist in new product development including package designing and communication plans
Candidate Profile:

bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualifications related to the field, from a recognized University/Institution. Having a Masters-Degree would be an added advantage Professional qualification in marketing CIM/SLIM
Minimum 05 years professional experience in Brand Management in pharmaceuticals or consumer markets
Be below 40 years of age
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
Be a creative thinker and also possess problem-solving skills to build new brand strategies
