Applicant’s Profile
Minimum 05 years’ experience in the banking or finance sector with a proven track record. · Degree and/or Professional qualifications (Full /Part) in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Credit Management or Business Administration.

• Should be a Team player with good customer relationship and negotiation skills. Below 40 Years of age.
  
  Job Profile/ Main Responsibilities
  Initiate and drive the business plan to meet set strategic objectives of the branch.
  Sustain branch profitability and growth by achieving individual and branch team targets on Fixed Deposits, Leasing and Loans.
  Identify potential customers and enhance the quality of client portfolios by maintaining a superior customer service.
  Manage healthy portfolio by maintaining agreed NPL ratios and provision.
  Handling all the operational and administrative activities of the branch and complying with the regulatory frame work.
  The chosen candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package, including fringe benefits on par with benchmarked financial institutions. Candidates will be provided with an on-the-job training.
