WE ARE HIRING BILLING OFFICER

Responsibilities:
Candidate Profile:
- Maintain accurate billing records.
- Advanced Level (A-Level) qualification or equivalent.
- Assist in resolving billing issues.
- Completion of a computer course (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
- Follow up on overdue payments.
- Handle and ensure the safe management of company finances.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred).
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to billing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Good communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
