- Pastry Chef:
Craft delectable pastries and desserts in a dynamic environment. Creative flair and attention to required.
- Sous Chef (Hot Range):
Lead kitchen operations with expertise in hot range cuisine. Strong leadership and organizational skills essential.
3.Commis (Hot Range):
Grow your culinary skills in the hot range section. Passionate individuals eager to learn are welcome.
4.F&B Supervisor:
Oversee food and beverage operations with excellence. Hospitality experience and strong communication skills preferred.
- Barman:
Deliver exceptional beverage service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Mixology skills and a passion for creating unique cocktails are a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a star-class background.
Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Overseas experience would be considered an advantage.
