Bakery and related products (cake and pastries)

Skills

Gives leadership to the Bakery to lead the bakery operation of Andiambalama (katunayake) for the supply of bakery item to factories in the FTZ and our own outlets.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma level qualification in Bakery from a reputed institution with 5 years work experience as a Baker.

Be able to plan and deliver on customer orders, organize and motivate the team be able to work long shifts.
