ASSOCIATE IT SUPPORT

IIT is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to both employees and clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing IT assets, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees and clients, addressing hardware and software issues.

Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.

Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and ensure proper functioning of IT systems.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, backups, and system health

Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions.

Provide support for lot devices and video conferencing tools.

Help manage and document inventory of hardware and software assets.

Assist in the deployment and setup of new technology equipment.

Position Requirements

HND or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

ITIL Foundation Certification

1 year of experience in IT, ideally within a help desk or technical support role. Exposure to troubleshooting, customer support, and basic IT systems.

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience in diagnosing and resolving common IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

• Proficiency in using remote support tools and ticketing systems for managing and documenting support requests.

Customer service and understanding of IT infrastructure.
