ASSOCIATE FULL TIME

DESIGNATION Associate

LOCATION Sri Lanka

WORK DAYS Monday to Friday

SHIFT 7.30pm to 4.00am (SLST)

OTHER DETAILS 6-month contract US calendar applicable

Key Responsibilities Include:

Meet delivery and quality related KPIs.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of process outcomes. Maintain Excellent customer service standards.

. Adhere to compliance requirement

• Uphold company values at all times

Qualifications/Criteria:

Minimum 1-year experience in BPO sector is mandatory.

• Completed/undertaking an academic or professional qualification

Passionate about customer service.

• Ability to work with MS Office Suite

Good written and verbal communication skills.
