Assistant Manager –
Human Resources

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional in the capacity of an Assistant Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by strategically enhancing staff capabilities through innovative HR processes. The primary purpose of this position is to create enduring value for our key stakeholders by collaborating with key stakeholder to facilitate the execution of operational HR deliverables.
Job Profile
- Work with the business executives of the designated organizational divisions to understand their HR requirements and offer HR support and problem-solving.
- Manage the PMS system by driving goal setting, facilitating reviews, and performance calibration process.
- Manage and optimize the HRIS and related systems to streamline HR processes
⚫ Stay updated on the relevant employment rules and regulations to make sure that business policies and procedures continue to be compliant. - Analyze HR metrics and provide relevant information and reports for top management decision-making.
- Use HRIS tools / platforms including people analytics to infer trends for decision making
Personal Profile - A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related Professional Qualification.
- A minimum of 03 Years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS maintenance and optimization and, PMS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
