What you need to do
Ensure all training-related activities and assessments are conducted according to the provided training plan.
Manage and maintain administrative records and activities for trainees in accordance with standards.
Facilitate the company’s induction program for newly onboarded employees. Do conduct training for non-executive staff.
Monitor the training effectiveness and compile training evaluations following the established process.
Efficiently manage and update the learning management system (LMS).
Design and develop training materials effectively, enhancing the content as needed.
What we are looking for
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification from an accredited institute.
Completed a 6-month internship in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
Proficient in the English language; knowledge of Tamil is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Experience in educational video production skill is considered advantageous.
Possess excellent public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards working with various stakeholders..
