ASSISTANT ENGINEER MAINTENANCE

facilities? The Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) is secking an
Assistant Engineer Maintenance to join our dynamic team. As the premier conference and
event venue in Sri Lanka, BMICH is committed to providing world-class facilities and
service. We need a skilled professional to help us achieve this goal
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems, including electrical, mechanical,
  and plumbing.
• Perform routíne inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
  •Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
• Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
  Qualifications:
• BSc Facility management degree, NDT from a recognized university or equivalent
  qualifications.
• Minimum 05 vears of experience in the relevant field.
  Knowledge of MEP and QS is an added qualification.
• Knowledge in preparing tender documents. tender evaluation, any preventive maintenance
  chart, annual departmental budget, ete.
• Working experience in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
