ASSISTANT ENGINEER

Vidul Biomass (Private) Limited, a join venture company of Vidullanka PLC, is seeking an energetic, proactive, and Self-motivated individual to work as an Assistant Engineer in Biomass based thermal power plant in Dehiattakandiya.

Requirements:

Certificate/ Diploma level qualification (NDT/HND) on Mechanical System or Electrical technology/Power Systems from a recognized institution

Minimum of 1 year of Experience is highly appreciated

Key Tasks:

Responsible for the boiler operations, turbine, and generator of a biomass thermal power plant and its equipment using a DCS (SCADA) system in accordance with operating and safety procedures

Managing and ensuring compliance with operational parameters while supervising operational activities.

Conducting routine inspections of machinery to verify its correct operation.

Reporting to management and maintaining and updating relevant records.

Performing plant maintenance during outages.

Ensuring the health and safety of employees while performing duties.
