AREA SALES MANAGER
North & East (GT)
A leading ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, HACCP and GMP certified Ayurveda pharmaceutical drugs manufacturing company having island wide distribution for over 30 years, seeks enthusiastic and dynamic individual for the post of Area Sales Supervisor.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for achieving overall general sales targets of the nominated areas.
Manage the sales team and customer base according to the set sales administrative framework. | Coordinate with Sales Manager and guide Sales Representatives to achieve set sales objectives. Identify and implement sales strategies to achieve the sales objectives.
■Take all steps to increase company’s market share and build the company image by servicing new and existing customers.
■ Visit customer base in allocated area regularly and make sure sales targets & objectives are achieved.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Good A/L Results
Degree/professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) will be an added advantage.
Age between 30 – 45 years.
I Minimum 3 years’experience in similar capacity in FMCG is a MUST and experience of working with a Sales Force Automation System.
Tamil language is a MUST, Sinhala language will be an advantage.
■ Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge is a MUST.
