We are on the lookout for a highly talented and self-motivated Analysts for Service Desk Team to join us on our journey in advancing global brand transformation. You will be responsible for helping to drive the development of an excellent working climate within the function.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Analyst Service Desk role functions as the point of contact for customers to help them address their IT issues. The key role of Service Desk Engineers includes diagnosing, analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving IT problems instantly. Technical training will be provided for all candidates joining the role.
Experience & Qualifications:
Any Non IT Fresh Graduate (Arts/Science/ Commerce/ Business/ Statistics/Accounting/ Management Information Systems) or any other related discipline or equivalent qualification.
Less than 2 years’ of work experience or fresh graduates.
Having strong communication skills is a must.
Flexible to work based on client requirements / rotational shift basis (mandatory).
