Agriculture Executive Post

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection and maintenance of plantations.

Liaising with various stakeholders related to the organization

Adherence to Good Agricultural Practices

Proper maintenance of documents and records

Qualifications:

Degree in Agriculture or Plantation Management from a recognized institution or equivalent qualification.

At least one year experience in plantation sector. (Knowledge of coconut cultivation is considered special.)

Good communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and problem solving skills.

Supervisor post

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive production targets in accordance with relevant standards.
• Handling teams to production targets.
• Maintaining good communication during the production process.

Qualifications:

Being under 40 years of age.

A pass in any stream of higher education. (Being a graduate is considered a special qualification.)

Having a good personality.
