AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION OFFICER

Job Profile:

As an agriculture extension officer, you can work directly. with farmers, providing valuable information, resources, and support to help them thrive in their agricultural endeavors. Your primary responsibilities will include offering technical assistance to farmers in the field and maintaining the quality standards.

Candidate Requirement

The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree in agricultural science or a related field, as well as practical experience in agricultural extension work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with farmers to understand their needs and help address their challenges. You should also be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to various agricultural environments and situations.

Preferable age between 30-40.

Having a motorbike at your disposal offers an advantage for conducting fieldwork.

Residents in Kandy are preferred.
