Agri Field Executive

Location: Wathupitiwela

You will be closely working with farmer communities in order to meet agriculture raw material requirement for an undisturbed production process. A passion to meet farmer communities in various parts of the country in sourc- ing, transferring knowledge on best agricultural practices is a key attribute expected from the candidate.

Key job functions;

• Regular interaction with farmer network and frequent farmer visits.

Identification of new estates / farmers.

Advice and assist farmer communities on agricultural practices acceptable to the standards specified by the company.

• Coordinate organic audit with Control union auditors.
• Maintain accurate database of suppliers and out grower network.
• Able to work extended hours.

The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites;

• A degree / diploma in Agriculture from a recognized university/ professional institute.
• 1-3-year work experience in food processing industry in similar capacity.
• Ability to work with MS Office package and exposure to an ‘ERP’ system is required.
• A Valid driving licenses.
