We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of the team.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain and update company records and documentation.
- Assist in tracking deadlines, tasks, and project updates.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
