ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
(JUNIOR/SENIOR)
- Manage the general administrative tasks of the
company.
•Oversee inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are
maintained for smooth daily operations. - Handle documentation tasks efficiently whilst
maintaining accurate records. - Perform HR related tasks of the Factory.
- Collaborate with relevant staff, branches, and
departments within the group, fostering effective
communication and coordination. - Overlook the upkeep of the factory facilities.
The Person - Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in
Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
FURNITURE
•2-5 years of proven experience in a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
INTERIOR• - Excellent computer literacy and communication
