We are a 40 year old public quoted company associated with a multinational company. We are the premier manufacturer of high quality aluminium extrusions and our products are used in most of the prestigious buildings in the country. We have diversified to other manufacturing fields and are growing.

The company wishes to recruit suitably qualified young energetic, career oriented indiv below 30 years as Management Trainees.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

A fulltime BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent qualification in Production/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognised Institution is a must.

On successful completion of training, those who perform exceptionally well may be fast tracked to management positions in our factories in Ekala, Ja-ela based on their aptitude/capability. Continuous training will be provided to groom them for senior management positions.

SALES/MARKETING MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

A fulltime degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution is required. On successful completion of training those who perform exceptionally well may be fast tracked to management positions in Kandy. Colombo or Galle.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

A fulltime degree in the relevant field from a recognised institution is needed.

On successful completion of training those who perform exceptionally well may be fast tracked to management positions in the factories based on their aptitude/capability.
