We design and manufacture cutting-edge electric vehicles that are sustainable, efficient, and environmentally friendly. As we expand our production and operations, we are looking for an efficient and organised Administration/HR Assistant to join our dynamic electric vehicle manufacturing factory at Rajagiriya.
As an Administration/HR Assistant, you will be an important member of our daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to various departments.
Handling phone calls, emails, and managing correspondence.
Organising and maintaining records, files, and documents.
Assisting with inventory tracking and procurement.
Welcoming visitors and assisting with their needs.
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Liaising with HR staff at Head Office for all HR related activities.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Passed GCE (OL) and/or GCE (AL).
A diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in a similar environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Age: under 30 years.
