VACANCY FOR THE POST OF QA ENGINEER (SOFTWARE)
We are a company providing specialist software development services to overseas customers in the field of,Satellite Communications, embedded systems, Field Programmable Gate Arrays, IOT and Mobile applications.
We are looking for a QA Engineer highly motivated and responsible.
Selected candidates will be required to do both manual and automated tests on Software and Electronic Telecom Equipment.
1. Degree in Computer Science/IT is mandatory.
2. Minimum 1-2-year Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
3. Strong analytical skills in Requirement Analysis, Test Planning and Preparation of Test Cases.
4. Strong knowledge and experience in Test Automation tools such as Selenium is mandatory.
5. Solid practical Knowledge of at least one programming language such as python. (Preferred).
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. 7. Good team player with ability to work in a team under minimum supervision. 8. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it. 9. Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
10. Knowledge in Telecommunication/Embedded systems will be an added advantage.
