Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
– Ability to speak in one-to-one meetings and handle client communication
– Utilize social speaking skills to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
– Implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s projects.
– Conduct research to stay abreast of industry trends and competition.
– Basic IT knowledge is an additional advantageous for seamless project coordination.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in administration and client management.
– Strong social speaking skills for effective communication.
– Marketing skills to contribute to project promotion.
– Research skills to keep abreast of industry trends.
– Basic web knowledge (advantage).
– Valid driving license (extra advantage).
