ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

ABOUT US

We have been providing various products and services to different industries since 1955. With over 60 years of experience in the timber industry, we have expanded from trading local timber to importing timber, manufacturing ISPM 15 standard wooden pallets, and offering other timber treatment services such as chemical pressure impregnation and kiln drying. We are also registered with the National Plant Quarantine Service as a heat treatment provider, in accordance with international standards for phytosanitary measures.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:

• Hardworking and goal-oriented.
• Must be between 21-45 years of age.
• Computer literacy is a crucial requirement.
• Knowledge of accounting, preferably holding a Diploma in accounting.
• Must have a fair understanding of the English language.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is a plus point.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responding to emails and phone calls,
• Managing invoices, delivery notes, and petty cash.
• Working hours are – Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
